Now there were staying in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven. When they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment, because each one heard their own language being spoken. Utterly amazed, they asked: "Aren't all these who are speaking Galileans? Then how is it that each of us hears them in our native language?

Greeting

Greeters give to members and visitors alike their first impression of the church.

The greeters need to be friendly, cheerful and filled with God's love.

The mission of the greeters is to assure all who attend that they are welcome and that they are loved.

The responsibility of the greeters is to assist all those who enter in any way possible, to make them feel comfortable and to make them feel that they are indeed amongst God's people.
